Branding Rant

After a month of inactivity, several links from friends of mine and a few glances at my astonishing 14 daily RSS subscribers, I’ve finally found it in me to pick up where I left.

So, what’s new?

1. 3GNMedia Frontpage
The biggest news has to be the launch of 3GN Media’s new blog frontpage. I can’t take credit for the design but I did make some tweaks where I saw possible. I’ve tried to organise a team of writers for that blog like we have at SmallBusinessBranding.com but it didn’t work out as I’d planned. Regardless, it’s popular enough and it gets a lot of views for the sporadic posts that are sent up. I reckon it’ll be useful for launching and building awareness of new things amongst the userbase.

2. MiniRiders Mod Team
I’ve just organised a brand new team of Mods at MiniRiders.com.au based on a thing or two that I learned from taking over at 3GNMedia.com. We now have 10 Mods on the team, so even this rabid bunch of bikers shouldn’t bring the site to it’s knees with bad behaviour. I’ve even introduced an Admin forum for the Mods and I to discuss issues pertaining to the site.

3. More Work…
I even have a few more things to test as a result of reading a great new blog by Scott Wainner - WRevenue.com. The guy is dishing out hundreds of dollars getting his new blog reviewed by major bloggers, despite having fantastic content up on the site. Thanks to him, I have more work to do (Adsense on Forums) and after being sick for a week, that adds up to a lot more work.

Anyway, I better get stuck into it - I have to send a post live to SBB now. I’ll post up some nice meaty “pillar articles” on here when I find the time…
